How VocalMaster Came Together (The Behind-The-Boards Story)

Most people see VocalMaster today — the collabs, the XP battles, the artist profiles — but they don’t know the studio this entire label was built in. So let me break down the ecosystem in a way artists will feel:

🎛️ Hostinger — My Digital Recording Studio

If VocalMaster was an album,
Hostinger is the studio where I built the whole sound.

It’s the booth, the control room, the acoustic treatment —
the entire “front-end” where artists walk in, look around, and feel the vibe.

Every page, every button, every animation…
that’s the album artwork and the studio environment I designed.

☁️ Supabase — The Mastering House

Supabase is the mastering engineer of the ecosystem.

This is where:

  • all the vocals (data) get stored

  • all the stems (tables) get organized

  • all the automation (triggers) polish the workflow

  • every beat of the platform stays perfectly synced

It’s the only place in the system that touches everything.
Just like a mastering house hears every track before the world does.

🔗 Pabbly — The Manager Making All the Phone Calls

If the platform does something automatically —
a message, a notification, a reaction to an action —
Pabbly is the one making it happen.

This is the manager behind the artist:

  • sending the alerts

  • connecting the dots

  • pushing info to the right places

  • making sure the ecosystem stays alive

It’s the one on the phone at 2AM making things move.

🔐 Resend — The Bouncer at the Door

Resend has one job:
verify every new artist that walks into the building.

No newsletters, no promotions —
just a clean, secure, professional check-in at the door.

If you’re not verified, you’re not getting inside the venue.
Simple.

📣 MailerLite — The Marketing Team

MailerLite is my label marketing department.

This is where artists get:

  • onboarding sequences

  • signed artist emails

  • updates

  • storytelling

  • education

Every time an artist steps deeper into the platform,
the marketing team is right there guiding them.

This is the “label rollout” behind the scenes.

🔔 Brevo — The Platform-Wide Loudspeaker System

Imagine a huge venue with speakers placed everywhere.

Whenever something important happens,
Brevo is the announcement system:

“Hey, something big just dropped.”
“Someone submitted a collab.”
“New battle started.”
“Artist spotlight incoming.”

It’s the PA system of the platform.

📄 Google Sheets — The A&R Office

This is where the scouting happens.

Google Sheets is the A&R department where I keep:

  • audio engineering applications

  • artist spotlight applications

  • backend submissions

  • everything that requires human review

This is where I evaluate talent, look at submissions,
and decide who gets brought into the main studio.

🎧 Together, This Is the VocalMaster Label

Every tool is a department.
Every automation is a team member.
Every collaboration is a session.
Every artist is a walking ecosystem inside a bigger one.

And I built this whole label with:

  • vision

  • strategy

  • creativity

  • and a whole lot of late-night sessions

This is the behind-the-boards version of the story.

More coming soon. 🎛️🔥
